Job Description: This position will provide vision, strategy, programming, and leadership for all Youth and Young Adults Ministry environments for students and young adults ranging from 6th grade through college-age and young professionals. This includes weekend services, midweek gatherings, discipleship opportunities, outreach events, summer camps, and special events. The primary goal is to help students and young adults develop a relationship with Jesus Christ through community, teaching/preaching, discipleship, mentorship, and intentional programming. The Youth & Young Adults Pastor is directly responsible for developing healthy accountability, leadership pathways, and strategic ministry goals that foster spiritual growth and empower the next generation to own and live out their faith.

Job Description:

The Children’s Pastor reports to the Next Generations Pastor and will provide vision, strategy, programming, and development for children infants – 5th grade, including weekend services, mid-week childcare, and special events. The primary goal is to be the Pastor that helps children develop their relationship with Jesus Christ by partnering with parents and the Kids Ministry Team to encourage their children and help families to set a Biblical foundation in their children’s lives.

Job Description:

The Lead Teacher is accountable for supervising the ministry of children (infants through kindergarten) during weekend services and all children during childcare events. The role of the Lead Teacher is to follow the direction of the Early Childhood Supervisor in the implementation of the vision and mission of the church in context of the ministry. The Lead Teacher will be in charge of executing weekend services and childcare events as scheduled.

The Outreach and Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for creating and implementing outreach
opportunities for Summit Church—both locally and internationally—and overseeing the onboarding and
development of all Summit volunteer leaders, team members, and outreach volunteers.

Job Description:

This administrator is responsible for direct support Director of Connections, Outreach & Growth Track Dept. This ministry assistant requires a high level of professionalism, excellent work ethic,
well-organized, detail-oriented, discreet, flexible, and excel in communication while exhibiting warmth, friendliness, and enthusiasm. In addition to providing administrative support in all
areas this person will administrate and support the following: Summit Life, Summit Groups, Water Baptisms, Outreach days, Volunteer Trainings/Meetings and other areas under this department. This person will serve as the first point of contact for all administrative duties for
the department.

Lead teacher for the two-year-old classroom. Being a reflection of God’s heart, love and kindness while caring for and instructing the children. Learning Center Lead Teacher will implement the daily academic and faith based curriculum to children in the classroom.
